Small Schools Camp

Right across Queensland, we invite students and teachers from all corners of the state to join shake & stir theatre co and other leading professional arts companies as we unlock the creative potential of your students at one of our Small Schools Arts Camp. Hosted in a region near you, these three to five day camps invite primary aged students from regional and remote schools to dive into the world of drama, hip-hop dancing, circus arts, and media arts. Under the guidance of professional artists from across the state, participants will explore new artistic disciplines, develop their talents, and enjoy a unique experience engaging with top-tier talent.

These camps are designed to be active, fun, and creative, encouraging students to use their imagination and work as a team.

Teachers and parents attending the camp can also gain valuable professional development, with insights into creative teaching methods and collaborative practices that they can bring back to their classrooms.
