My Two Blankets is an engaging and heartwarming show designed for young children, inspired by the award-winning picture book. The show follows the adventures of a young girl named Cartwheel, who has moved to a new country and is learning to adjust to her new surroundings. It explores themes of friendship, cultural diversity, and the joy of discovering new things through playful storytelling, colorful animations, and relatable characters. Perfect for early learners, My Two Blankets offers valuable lessons about adaptation, acceptance, and the beauty of building connections across different cultures.
My Two Blankets has been developed with UniSQ School of Arts, 2nd year acting students 2024 and the Yezidi community at Harristown State School.
