Visual Arts with Nikita Fitzpatrick
Join Sunshine Coast–based artist Nikita Fitzpatrick for a hands-on creative experience exploring visual art, storytelling and culture.
Nikita is a proud Wuthathi Darumbal woman living on Gubbi Gubbi Country, with cultural ties to the Torres Strait Islands and South Sea Islands. Through her arts practice, she creates safe, inclusive and engaging spaces for students to explore their creativity while building meaningful connections to First Nations histories, cultures and perspectives.
Available for workshops, camps and longer-term residencies, each experience is tailored to suit the age, size and needs of the group. Students can explore a range of visual art forms and techniques, including clay work, painting, lino printing, collage, sand painting and ceramic illustration.
