Visual Arts for Wellbeing Workshops
With The Sabi Assembly
Join The Sabi Assembly on an artistic journey exploring how visual arts can regulate, represent and relate to our emotional wellbeing. Led by facilitator Ashleigh Carrington, these hands-on workshops sit within the Visual Arts framework while extending beyond it, supporting students to build skills in reflection, expression, emotional regulation and creative problem-solving.
Through tactile artmaking, students experiment with materials, textures and form to build imaginative worlds, create unique characters and express themselves in meaningful, personal ways. Each session celebrates creativity, sustainability and self- expression while offering a practical pathway to wellbeing through art.
