ENOUGH

unravelling anxiety
by Box Jelly Theatre Co

What do you do when it all feels too much? How do you cope when you've had enough?

Drawing on real-life stories and experiences from teenagers, ENOUGH is a verbatim theatrical experience exploring pertinent questions around youth and mental health.

ENOUGH follows the story of high school student Amy and her personified anxious thoughts, interspersed with personal accounts from other teens, offering helpful advice backed by a psychologist. With humour and reality interwoven, ENOUGH invites the audience into a place of understanding and empathy regarding anxiety, while educating around triggers, physiological effects and where help can be found.
